We started Pollbun because existing poll tools were either too clunky, too expensive, or produced results nobody trusted. We wanted something that felt native to modern products — fast, embeddable, and actually good-looking.
Our mission is simple: give every business and creator the tools to ask the right questions and act on what they hear — without needing a data team or a developer.
How Pollbun came to be
It started with a simple frustration. Our founder was running a newsletter and wanted to ask subscribers a quick question. Every tool he tried was either too complicated, ugly by default, or locked basic features behind expensive plans.
So he built the first version of Pollbun in a weekend — a single embeddable poll widget that just worked. He shared it with a few newsletter friends. Within a month, over 200 people were using it.
Today Pollbun is a full polling and survey platform used by creators, SaaS companies, agencies, and community builders in over 180 countries. We’re still a small, focused team — and we’re still obsessed with making polling feel effortless.
