At Pollbun, we stand behind our product with a simple, no-hassle refund policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
Who Is Eligible
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are requesting a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.
- This is your first purchase on the same subscription tier.
- Your account has not been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund

1Email us at support@pollbun.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

2Include the email address associated with your Pollbun account and your reason for the refund (optional but helpful).

3We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
After Your Refund
Once a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan. Your polls and data remain accessible on free plan limits. You are welcome to resubscribe at any time.
Refunds After 30 Days
We are unable to process refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial payment. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please email us at support@pollbun.com and we will review your case individually.
Annual Plans
Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial annual payment. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the billing year.
Payments Processed by Lemon Squeezy
All payments for Pollbun subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method on file with Lemon Squeezy within 3–5 business days after approval.
